Contact

One address, read by a person. There is no phone line and no chat widget, and we would rather tell you that than hide it behind a form.

Email us

support@tabthecode.com

We aim to reply within two business days. Everything below is about making your first email the only one you need to send.

Account and login problems

Write from the email address on the account if you can, because it is the fastest way for us to know it is you. If you cannot get into that inbox, say so, and tell us:

  • The email address you registered with.
  • What you tried, and what the screen said.
  • Whether two-step login is switched on, and whether you still have your recovery codes.

Never send us your password or a recovery code. We do not need them and we will not ask.

Purchases and refunds

Same address. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see your card. To find your purchase we need:

  • The email address you paid with, if it differs from your account.
  • The approximate date, and which plan you bought.
  • The receipt Stripe emailed you, or its reference number, if you still have it.

Access is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will charge you again.

A question you think is wrong

There is a report button on every question, and it is better than email: it tells us exactly which question you were looking at. Use it if you can. If you would rather write, quote the question and tell us what you think the right answer is and which section of the standard says so. We check every one of these against the source.

Privacy requests

Requests for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion go to the same address. What we can do, and how quickly, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Security reports

If you have found a vulnerability, email the same address with “security” in the subject line and we will get back to you quickly. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish, and do not access, alter, or download other people’s data while you are testing.
